Revenue Operations Analyst | HubSpot CRM Specialist (EMEA Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven HubSpot Administrator to support the development, optimization, and governance of our HubSpot Marketing and CRM environment. This role will play a critical part in building scalable processes, enhancing data integrity, implementing controls and standardizing the opportunity management process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM architecture, marketing automation, and revenue operations (RevOps), with the ability to translate business needs into effective HubSpot solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Administration & Optimization
- Administer and maintain HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, ensuring system reliability and performance
- Design, build, and optimize workflows, pipelines, properties, and automation
- Manage user licenses, roles, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure data hygiene, consistency, and governance across the platform
Opportunity Management & Pipeline Controls
- Build and enforce opportunity management processes and controls within HubSpot
- Define and maintain deal stages, pipeline structures, and required field validations
- Implement guardrails to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline and backlog visibility
- Monitor and audit pipeline activity to ensure compliance with defined processes
Revenue Operations (RevOps) Support
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support opportunity tracking and reporting
- Help enforce CRM usage standards and drive adoption across teams
- Support pipeline & backlog reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Identify gaps in process compliance and recommend improvements
Marketing Operations Support
- Support marketing automation initiatives including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation
- Ensure proper lead lifecycle tracking and handoff between Marketing and Sales
- Assist in campaign tracking, attribution, and performance reporting
System Integration & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system and process enhancements
- Support integrations between HubSpot and other business systems (e.g., finance, data tools)
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Continuously improve system scalability and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM and/or Marketing Hub
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, pipeline management, and automation
- Experience implementing opportunity management processes and controls
- Familiarity with RevOps functions, including forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Experience supporting marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub)
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and data tools (e.g., APIs, middleware platforms)
- Experience building dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders
